Toledo Symphony Orchestra’s preview performance of NYC’s Carnegie Hall debute

This weekend the Toledo Symphony Orchestra will have their debut at Carnegie Hall in New York City. There are over 1400 people from the Toledo area who are traveling to New York to experience this event and I am fortunate to be one of them!

As their official photographer I will be traveling with the Symphony to photographically document the event and the weekend’s festivities.  The TSO will present Dmitri Shostakovich’s Symphony number 6 , coupled with an orchestral play, “Every Good Boy Deserves Favour” written by Tom Stoppard and Andre Previn in 1977.  Here is the link to a news feature with more information about the event.  http://13abc.com/video?id=8112476&syndi

Last weekend they had two preview performances at the Peristyle to give Toledo audiences the same experience that the Carnegie Hall audience will have.

Below are some of the images I created during that performance.

When we return from New York I will be posting more images so check back in a couple of weeks to see some images from the event.
