HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE AND WELCOME TO 2012!
After a much needed holiday break I am back to blogging.
I thought I would start the year off with one of my favorite family portrait sessions of 2011 with the Moryc family.
I met Yvonne, (who is also a photographer) at a professional networking luncheon last summer. In the fall she asked me to photograph her family. Yvonne lives in Michigan and she suggested we create her family portrait session at Bennett’s Orchard in Ottawa Lake Michigan. What a great place for pictures! Yvonne and her husband Brian had fun watching their son “MoJo” explore the orchard looking for apples. There was plenty of room for MoJo to run and play and he finally found an apple that tasted just right!
A big thank you to Bennett’s Orchard for letting us photograph in this beautiful setting and to Yvonne and Brian (and MoJo) for making the session so much fun.
thanks Mary! They came out great!!! I was worried with MoJo and all his running around trying to find the right apple if you even got any good ones, but you definitely succeeded! All of our friends & family loved our Christmas Card photo this year – thanks so much~
